Preorder Code Button Not in Mogstation

Hey guys,

So I've been frantically searching for something to explain this to me and I can't find it. So I preordered Stormblood yesterday on PSN, I know it doesn't automatically update anything on my account because I had to go through the process of codes with Heavensward. Well life happened and I didn't get a chance to log my code into my account yesterday, so I go to do it tonight and in my Mogstation there is no button for the codes(My husband had me do his codes for his account while he was at work so I know what to look for) I figured because I'm on PS4 and he's on PC it may be a little different, but there is literally not a preorder code button there, I tried entering the code I received into the "Enter Item Code" and it says the code has already been registered.

So at this point I'm not sure if someone some how duped my code, or my mogstation panel just doesn't have the button because of "Insert excuse here".

Support is already closed for the night so this was the closest I could get to someone giving me an answer, Thanks!

You don't get a pre-order code if you order on PSN as it handled automatically the same way HW did.

Yes you do, because they did send me a code, so I can activate the early access to the game, there's just no place to put it in, or if the "Enter Item code" is the place to put it in then someone duped my code and has stolen my early access.

Have you tried first entering your code here? I dunno if it's the same on PS4, but for PC we have to first enter the code on that website, and then you get a second code for Mog Station from there. It's all explained in the email with the first code, though.

The instructions in the email actually said to enter it directly into the mogstation, when I did my husbands his did the whole website runaround, but mine was different.

Alright, that's a PC-only thing, then. In that case, I think you should probably contact SE's helpdesk directly through phone or chat when they're open. Their email support is ridiculously slow and I'm not sure how much this forum is actually monitored for problems like that.

You already have access to early release of Stormblood if you got it from the PlayStation store so just wait till you can download the expansion. Also the code they send you in the receipt is for them( PSN) I believe incase something happened.

If you order on PSN you don't need a code even confirmed by SE community rep

Correct. When it comes to PlayStation Network purchases, all of that (pre-order bonuses entitlement, ability to play at release, etc.) is done as part of the purchase and requires no code redemption on the part of the user.
