Samurai Ability: "Tank Stance"

* Toggle Skill
* Substantially increase enmity generation
* STR and VIT values swapped
* Auto Queue as Tank if on
* Cannot toggle off while in Queue or Duty
(If you changed jobs in queue, Tank Stance would still be on when you switched back)

Red Mage Ability: Healer Stance
(Assuming RDM will already come with some White Magic)

* Toggle Skill
* 3-5 Most useful healing skills are unlocked
* 3-5 Most powerful damaging skills are locked
* INT and MND values swapped
* Auto Queue as Healer if on
* Cannot toggle off while in Queue or Duty
(If you changed jobs in queue, Healer Stance would still be on when you switched back)

Addressing drops:

* Increase rate of INT and STR based gear
OR
* Currency only gear system. (You put in the time, you should get the gear)
