Return to starting point after group wipe not working

On group wipe in dungeon/raid the "Return to starting point" window pops up. It's functionality is broken for me:
On "Wait" button it minimizes the window as intended.
On "Ok" button it doesn't do anything - the window is still there, you're still lying dead.
Respawned teammates can ress you, but it's parameters debuf issue and sometimes ress is impossible before pull.
The issue appeared around a week ago. Still present as of 3/8/17.

Are you holding down the ok button? A couple of patches ago they made it so you have to hold down the button to release to the beginning.

Did you hold down the OK button a few seconds? There was a timer added to it a little bit ago...you will see the OK button fill like a gauge.
