Solo Palace of the Dead Achievement not Working

I completed the Palace of the Dead floor 100 looking for the Lonely Adventurer title. When I left the instance however it did not give me the achievement for completing the Palace.


I can provide a screenshot to show I completed the palace.

Steps:
1.I complete Solo Palace 1-50 and got the achievement for it after dying on a later floor. I continued on only to die on floor 100. Retried it and beat it but could not progress to 101 to die and get the second achievement.
2.Today I finished my 51-100 run for the second try at the achievement, having already gotten the first for the first 50 floors. I made it to floor 120 before dying and I did not get it. I still have the save file for PotD solo fixed party with KO set to floor 111, but no title or achievement for doing it.

You have to die past the achievment requiremnt to trigger the achievment.

Triggerpoint: Completing PotD after X floors.
Options to "completing": 1) die 2) Exit of floor 200

All other kinds like leaving between sets is pausing or aborting PotD.

You have to solo 1 - 100 to get the second achievment.
Starting from floor 51 makes the second achievment unanble to get on this save.
The description may be unclear but you have to solo 1 - 100 on one save to get the second achievment.
