    Goblins and Ultima Weapon

    When exactly did the goblins acquire a piece of the Ultima Weapon? The Unidentified Flying Object goblin quest npc claims to have seen a piece of an Allagan primal blasting whirlycog before you ever gave him a part of the Proto Ultima. So when did he get the part?

    Since I already did the quest for the week, I can't say for certain, but I think the piece he's referring to is Proto Ultima itself. It's just a piece of "primal blasting whirlycog" Allagan machinery in the end, after all.
