I'll agree on never allow DoL/DoH gear in DF duties, as the game doesn't let you change job inside a duty, it needs also don't let you wear DoL/DoH gear when queuing and when inside the duty, I feel it a pretty legit requirement.

Whoever wants spiritbond his things, can go with friends/PF but please not on DF.

But accessories, not sure about enforcing them, because when pugging I'd prefer more vit for survive low healing or the casual mob tanking because problems on aggro management. A dead blm doesn't dps, afterall.
