I don't mean to be rude, but in fact it is true. It happend to me when I leveled my AST and it wanted me to equipp Caster accessories, because they met my level, but the healer ones were about 7 level below.
Don't know if it is a bug that only appears for classes below 60 or something, but I heard from others who made the same experiences.
