So i already pre-ordered and paid off the expansion, now just waiting. It said you can get early access and some items. When is the soonest you can redeem the pre-order code?

No idea, i tried to enter the code and it didn't go through, but on the receipt it said "unlocks the early access to Stormblood plus 2 exclusive in game items"

You'll get those items at early access or full release like the poster above said. Pre order codes can be entered at anytime. Mine has been entered since the day of preorder. I know one code is entered on the stormblood web page HERE, then you get another early access code by email to put in on mog station. The second code I got and registered it on Feb. 14th.

Did you enter the code manually instead of copy and paste?
I have to type in my code to get it to register since people claimed that "copying and pasting" isn't gonna work.

Early Access (starting 16th June)
Exclusive in-game items:
Wind-up Red Mage Minion
Ala Mhigan Earrings

You can redeem the code when ever. You will get some of the items during the early access and the rest once the game is live for everyone. Or at least that is how it worked with heavensward

Case sensitive? I just copy pasted mine ( bought directly from SE store ). If that does not work, I'd go back to the place where you bought it from and let them know it's not working.
