    Cannot log into character,

    I am unable to log into my main character I get an error code of 90002, I want to be able to play on my 43 dragoon. I am able to log into all my other characters, except my main. I want to be able to start heavensward content so I can be up to date when Stormblood comes out in June. I submitted a ticket in game to speak with a game master. And I was told to post a thread on the forum.. I need help as soon as possible so I can play on my main character. PLEASE help.

    Are you PS4 or PC? I remember on PS4 I would constantly get that error code intill I got a new internet provider( not saying it's the solution), I think usually it's the modem or way your connected to the internet that affects it. Gotta wait for techy people to give you better info

    Its on the PC. I just don't understand why its only affecting one character..
