MacBook Pro 2016 w/ Touchbar... Extremely low and inconsistent FPS

I'm new to macs outside of design work... (I purchased the newest model for my job)
Anyway, my model is the i7 2.6ghz with 16gb of ram, the radeon 450 graphics card, 256 ssd hdd. It's running on OS Sierra.

As the title reads, I'm experiencing FPS from 0-30 when running around, trying to cast spells on my Sch.

I've tried lowering as many graphic and display settings in game as possible but it's not helping and I'm still experiencing large gaps in frames.

Is there any way to increase performance so I can enjoy the game?

I installed Win10 and running it through bootcamp, and now playing at full frames. Leaving OS for my design work.

thanks for the useless comments. :-D

The Radeon 450 is about equivalent to a Radeon HD 7770 - a card that - at $160 in 2012 - was budget even by those standards over 4 years ago.

The best way to increase performance would be to use a PC tailored towards playing video games.

That's basically a nice way of saying "stop buying garbage, and overpriced, Apple products that are tailored to people who spend their days sipping lattes and browsing Facebook". That's probably the best advice you're gonna get.
