Question on a progression lockout

We know the COMBAT SYSTEM is getting an overhaul, with the change from Cross Class Moves to Role Specific moves.

What we do NOT know is whether that will have any impact on the crafting (or gathering, not that there is much there to worry about) cross class moves. FOR NOW, crafting is an all-or-nothing affair, in that you need to level all the classes up in order to get all the necessary cross class moves. The Specialist moves were intended to allow someone, like you, with only one class leveled up to compete with someone who has all crafters leveled, but fail horribly at that, so if you intend to craft anything, get those crafters leveled up.

Sounds to me my FCmates are just using me for orchestration rolls then that makes me feel bad.

If you could make a recommendation, should I level crafters across the board 10 levels at a time?
