Playstation 4 Loading Screen Issues

I had the issue after one of the patches and had decided to re-install which lead to over a month of aggrevation trying to find a fix of unable to download patch files.
Just keep trying and perhaps try the restore licenses option (i believe it is called in the system settings)

I had this prob too. What seemed to work for me was going into my PS4 networks and acting like I would add a new network and then just re-adding my own again.
