Should the Heavensward Leveling dungeons and trials have item level requirements?

I didn't even know there wasn't one...man I must have lucked out when I first leveled up.

I left an array due to someone being undergeared. The other 2 expected me "deal with it" because "it is easy" I do not care if it is not going ot take long, I am tried of needing to heal so much I need stress about "will this heal land in time so we do not wipe?" anymore

this can be easiely fixed by changing the min average ilvl into an absolute min ilvl and fixing the usability for accesoires to their stat users, like VIT-Accessoires are only equippable by tanks etc.
PvP-Gear can be excluded from this with an extreme low base ilvl and an reactivated moral in PvP. For example all PvP-Gears have only ilvl 150 but differing moral to bring them back to their actual ilvl+morale values.

No, just have a stat requirement, trying to mix and match different accessoires is important. If they are going to do that, you better damn well we get FULL customization in secondaries.
