Fanfest, emails, item codes

I bought the virtual tickets for both NA and EU Fan Festivals and I never received any confirmation from either SE or cleeng, however my bank statements show the 2 purchases. I write this here because im not sure who/where i should try to contact to ask about this fix.

You need to talk to Cleeng, they're the people who took your money and should have emailed you the codes (although do check your junk mail folder first to make sure they're not in there!)
