I think you might have missed the point. Many of the things in ARR were due to feedback. Did you know there was a debate about whether jumping should or shouldn't exist in 2.0+? Yea, there was a whole group of people on the side of "it's just how it is, if you like jumping go play WoW" but many of us stayed with the game and combated such crappy feedback. Solid feedback gets things changed, saying that it's just the way things are and to deal with it or leave pretty much negates a reason for you to comment at all.
