Bypass 200 people on blacklist/Allow us to blacklist people no matter where

1) Allow us to bypass the 200 blacklist forced limit. We can interact with people on OTHER SERVERS now in the same data center. I'm sure many people in game have come across people from other servers they don't want to join their PF at all.

2) If we have seen their name in the chat box at all, either from them speaking, rolling on something, whatever, we should be allowed to add them to the blacklist no matter where they are. MANY times I haven't been able to add people properly to the blacklist due to them either logging off right after, or they jumped into another instance so I would have to keep spamming my blacklist to add someone just to get 'Cannot locate a character with that name'

They game should know the exact character we're talking about, so why can't we actually do this yet? It's been years since the game came out and this still happens.

While we're at it, I'd like the ability to report players outside of just the chat window. Farmbots don't chat.

Is that 200 active? That's a shocking number if they're all active.. I've used 17 slots and they all have great names like fjeaije Deoke FJFJFJFJ didididi lol

If someone is obsessively following you around in the game to the point where its affecting your ability to play you should contact a GM about the issue. I've had friends in the game who didn't know that kind of behavior was reportable before so its worth repeating.

But yeah, we've wanted more blacklist accessibility for ages.

Also a thing that would make life easier: when reporting for RMT, add users to a separate blacklist, one that maybe clears itself as needed. RMT takes up the majority of the blacklist (at least for me personally), and if I'm reporting them, I probably don't want to see more of their spam. Make it so reporting puts them on some temporary blacklist; temporary so that both it clears room as you need, and probably usually you don't need those bots blocked for more than a few days (although I guess I wouldn't really know, since I block them anyway, so they could still be there for all I know). Puts 'em on a list we don't need to worry about, and gives us back our blacklist for what it should really be available for.

Nearly all of my blacklisted names are /headhitkeyboard names that were used a couple minutes and cycled out for another.
