I actually applied for Support.com but the schedules I have were crappy so I couldn't get in. How is it?Shame this may get shutdown once they come back, to my knowledge unless its FF14 related (even other FF titles) it gets locked. Really need a Off Topic section, pretty much the norm for all forums isn't it?
Anyway, I work for Support.com which basically we work for Comcast or at least my branch, may be other parts for other companies but I never dug into it. Right now I basically am working on a project with Comcast which is currently in testing, so don't think I can go into that aspect. Right before this I was a tech support for Xfinity Home Security.
