[Dev Request] Roulette adjustments

...Adjustments still need to get made to roulettes in my opinion, they should be available to everyone that has 2+ dungeons cleared in that set roulette. The main scenario still only has 2 dungeons to it so unless there is only 2 msq dungeons in the game it is missing a whole bunch.....

For 50/60, most dungeons are unlocked via storys or side storys, will it be logical if a new player suddenly get into a future dungeon (via roulette) and watch the future CS?
