I can live without 'Control the pet'. Many macros can be more useful, like:

<t>, stop casting Protect when people are bursted.
<t>, check your gear, you forgot to unequip that lv.1 glamour item.
<t>, please do not spam Unleash for no reason.
<t>, nice 10 stacks you got. You have to let them kill you now, or they'll kill you last minute and we'll lose.
<t>, kite them, sprint, buy us some time.
<t>, please don't use Titan-egi.
<t>, you forgot fists/poison/attack stance. Please check it out!

Or, I don't know, just remove the chat restrictions alltogether.
It hurts new players more than helps them because they have no idea what they are doing wrong, and a few extra macros will not help them to understand this.

-I'll on healer with tank until attune then turn to melee/ranged
-I'll on ranged until raging pops, put virus then turn to melee/healer

I wish there was some sort of technology out there where you could just press letters to form whatever words you want. It would be easier to communicate that way as opposed to have all these commands.

just get the chat back, ban users abusing for days and there will not more insult.
in pve it's the same anyway. some behavior deserve to get punished that's all.
get us chat back, give a mute button : and make an explanation : report : if get insulted, and off course mute the behavior because it's against the rules.
I get you SE, you try to no have a bad community in the game but kill the social tool in a mmorpg is just a bad idea.
Think about a better solution.
Keep and add your macro anyway because it's certainly good for japanese server and english users in this servers, it can help with the language issue.
