Will there be any Heavensward houses?

As the title say I'm wondering if we will ever see any player houses in Heavensward, or did they skip that entirely and only adding more in Stormblood?

Has there been anything said about this anywhere?

Nothing said on houses in Ishgard as far as I know - at least recently (for HW), maybe later. The thought of a revitalized Ishgard always made me think of a Jeuno like influence, which I would love to experience in spirit again (not a copy, just something similar).

Since it's a housing thread I have to say "Instanced Housing!", as a mandatory protest - it's written into my union contract a part of Homeless Heroes of Light a Balmung collaboration with other overflowing servers, and Wildstar housing enthusiast who wanted better graphics :3.

Didn't the devs mention that players could get ishgard mansions? I thought it was supposed to be a later patch.

They had mentioned Ishgard housing (possibly just some apartments because I think mansion and apartment get mixed up in translation) to coincide with the moving feature but it seems they scrapped that idea for the area they presented with Stormblood. Perhaps there were issues with a snowy area and outside furniture or something.

Really would love Ishgardian Housing. Don't want to see the area sidelined once Stormblood comes out (Though it already kind of is; receiving no decorations for Events. Though this will probably be true of SB areas like Kugane too)

I wish expansion areas had festivals. I get that not everyone can access those areas, but it would be nice for them to feel more alive.

I dont think that snowy areas are much attracting at all and thats most likely the reason, why they screwed that idea

But that's exactly why I wanted an Ishgard housing area...pretty snowy yards, yes please!
