I believe I remember reading something saying that Titan was removed and Moogle was the replacement due to the earthquake Japan had earlier this year. Garuda I believe is still a primal, and there is artwork for her weapons.

I love almost all the weapons (I need that sword in my life), but I hate the lance. More specifically, I hate how it's three-pronged and looks like a giant fork. Ugh.

These weapons look like the free junk you usually get from Holiday Events. I can't believe they are making these the reward for what they have billed as a very difficult battle. Unless they are extremely overpowered (which I doubt) when would you use these ridiculous looking weapons?

Yup. Titan and Leviathin were planned. But out of respect for the earthquake and tsunami, Moogle is the replacement. Garuda is planned for 1.22, I believe with two dungeons coming in 1.21.
