How am I tryin to brag , I dont have anything to prove to anyone , all I have said is that the features are not the same unsync is one thing and a normal instance is another thing. Just like its two different collectables achievements for gatherers, the instances should be split. I am just a player in a game with other players I never brag or say how good I am or any of that I am still learning plenty in the game. Some people just like to throw salt when some like to state their opinions. I am very aware that my opinion differs from many on the forums as I was one of the only ones defending cash shop on another post. Im not here for likes Im not here for praise I am just tryin to see if any miner things can be put into the game. I just dont want to be punished for helping out my fc members running unsync content that is all nothing more to it.
@Vidu
If people say that mostly tanks and healers get commendations then most of them I should if I die in a dungeon on those very rare moments Id say it was my fault. If I see a healer with all three healers leveled them they should know how to heal on dungeon level if I pop my cool downs and I pull 10 adds there is no way I should be dying even tho it happens (esp with scholars). I expect to have one for every other dungeon at least I know some people dont do them but other than that yes, dps are expendable can take a boss down with three people even if dps is dead. So tank and healers are more important in a dungeon setting well really in most settings. I screw up for sure but in dungeons I have ran multiple times If something happens its usually not my fault but I will take the blame if it is.

So you feel that running content with your FC-members and not getting commendations from that is punshiment? Geez, what horrible monsters you're having in your FC who are making you do that!
Listen, if you run a dungeon with a full party you cant get a commendation either, yet it counts - is that punishment too?

Bingo. This. You are feeling the game system is punishing you by accurately counting how many instances you have run, and how many comms you have received. But the game tracks these in separate achievements, and you have willfully chosen to correlate them and derive a meaning from them that was never intended by SE. No one else here is coming to the conclusion that you are being punished in any way. You are punishing yourself.

sometimes i feel when nic make a thread its feels like a soap opera

this entire post not to mention OPs first post REEEEEKKKKSSS of entitlement to the next level
This is a non-issue, and as implied, it is some weird compulsive behaviour (may not be the right word but I get the point) in thinking you need to reach 1500 dungeons with 1000 coms at the same time.
1. getting 1500 dungeons does not magically make you an expert.
2. getting 1000 coms does not magically make you an expert.
3. getting mentor status is not really a big achievement, if you think this, then they need way higher requirements.
4. I met a 270 gear all 3 tanks, 270 mch/brd and 262 drg, with 60 job level in EVERYTHING but fishing, and you think a person like this would have some basic understanding on some PvP concepts, but nope, complete dead-weight. I used as much as I could as a SCH and I STILL had to let them die or me, because of the tools SCH lacks, and the thing is they where whm, def could done more to save themselves.
In the end no amount of requirements is going to teach people how to be aware and have a true meaning to a mentor to others.

beating something unsync is not an achievement. unync came out later, after the mentor system was in place. It was never was a thought unsync runs needed some kind of its own achievement. It is also not needed at all as a mentor requirement as it does not reflect how much you know the game. I can sit there kill stuff just by casting aero on crap while even in level 50 stuff.
In the end, I think commenting to that bold is warranted.
What you want is a non-issue
^They aren't two separate things. Duoing Bahamut unsynced is harder than clearing Ifrit Normal synced but you will only get a commendation for the latter. Stomping Mog Ex as a full party unsynced is easier than doing new Savage content. Heck, running Weeping City synced on launch was harder than running Syrcus Tower synced today. The stats are meaningless as anything other than a novelty because the difficulty level is completely inconsistent, either synced or otherwise. You need to just stop looking at the numbers and start having fun.
