Just did the content, enjoyed it, hope to see more . I like they're trying to make crafting and gathering more approachable, and it really needs to be, there is a massive wall as you get towards the end game of crafting - glad they're adding content that is turning it more into a slope instead. This will be better for the markets too, may annoy crafters who spilled blood to get to the top, but if they add enough smooth systems I think it should be for the better and not that rough on them as well.

The Miqote rogue is actually named V'kebbe, not T'kebbe.

With a little digging, I found out that there was a Miqote in gridania back in 1.0 called T'kebbe who is currently "missing".

It's the same name. Seeker of the Sun Miqo'te are named with the scheme [Tribal Letter Prefix]'[Given Name] [Surname (Father's Given Name for Females, Breeder Status for Males)].
So thus both Pinky and the Rogue's Guild member share the given name "Kebbe", but are descended from different tribes.

I enjoy it. There are definitely some improvements. I agree with others that having a daily component like the beast tribe quests with that extra boost on faction upgrade would be nice. Or keep it as it is for the weekly part and red scrips, but allow it to be done daily for blue. Though I would up the red scrips or items allowed to be submitted. I can craft about 12 or 13 items depending on what's requested that week to max my red scrips in a day. But 6 items only got me 195 this week. This would be a good way to alleviate the pain of having to get some of the more expensive items for the red scrips, so it should be a little more viable of an alternative.
