missing legacy chocobo mount

Sorry if this might sound stupid, but are you sure you ever had it?

Looking at your character on the Lodestone doesn't show it in your mounts/minions section (which I appreciate is exactly what you're saying), but in case you're not aware it's not linked to the My Little Chocobo achievement, that's just the regular company chocobo. There is no achievement for the Legacy Chocobo.

The Legacy chocobo (sorry if you already are fully aware of this!) only went to players with a legacy account (players who subscribed for a certain amount of time during a certain period). It is completely possible to have the legacy tattoo, but not be a legacy account (I am this myself). The tattoo is only to mark a legacy character, one that came from 1.0.

From my understanding, when you login on the character selection screen there is a legacy icon on there if it's a legacy account and likewise logging into the Square Enix account management (and mogstation?) websites will show the same. If that's not showing Legacy, that'll be why you don't have a Legacy Chocobo.

Doing some checking, apparently SE also emailed all Legacy people to let them know they are eligible for a Legacy account so if you are sure you have a legacy account I would look for that email to prove it to them. Sorry I have no idea when it was sent/subject etc., but I would assume August 2013 or earlier.

SE themselves don't reply to support threads here though I'm afraid, this is more for players to help other players. You could try posting in In-Game Bugs, but ultimately you might have to contact them via other methods I'm afraid.

Ya i am legacy. I pay the monthly legacy fee, which is different. I purchased my account in Oct 2010 and played until the servers went completely down- we did have a period where we were not required to pay a monthly fee. I understand some purchased the game towards the end of 1.0, before they did the data wipe where players were still able to play, but no data was retained.

I played and paid and SE should be able to verify this with my account data, if they took the time to review my account history. I posted that to show I had completed lv 50(cap at the time) and completed those duties need to have had a mount, which is apparently meaningless since I am on a public forum where there is no SE technical support to verify anything I post. I wont show all my account data, as SE advised me not to do this. I also, as indicated in my ticket, had the mount and no longer do. I believe it was lost when I transferred from Balmung to Goblin.

I was trying to provide as much data as possible w/o showing personal account information. I can claim anything here, as can I do on Reddit. I came here thinking I was getting tech support.
