    Livestream assistance?

    So I ordered the livestream yesterday....I thought it'd be easy, what followed was the biggest mess of crap I have ever seen.

    So I paid, got access to the stream, but I go to check my email, No receipt was sent to me but it already took out the money for the payment,I wait a few hours...still nothing, I sent them a support ticket, asking for a refund, which they promptly tell me they cannot offer so I provide my proof of purchase from my account so they can hopefully send me the receipt...Never did, Fast forward to this morning, I find out my account has been deleted, I have no access to the stream, I never got my receipt...or a refund..or anything, so I ended up paying for an account deletion, already sent SE two help tickets. I know they said you cannot recover the items if you lost the code...but what happens if you never got it in the first place and what should I do about this? Because right now it feels like they took the money and ran...this was the Cleeng site btw. Even my bank said it cannot be refunded.
