I have dropped my Eternal Bonding ring

Hello, good night.
On 2015 I have bonding with a friend, since he lost his account I have dropped the ring, since he told me this annul the bonding and stuff. This year I was thinking to bonding again with another person and then I came to East Shroud, and the NPC said that I need to have the ring to annul the bonding, but I have dropped it, and I do not find on my inventory or retainer since it's gone.
What should I do?

Have you tried an /isearch Enternity
The on the search results, if any, right click it and perform a 'search for item'?
It may not be gone but lost in your items somewhere! This will help find it, if the case.

If all else fails, you can see if a GM will restore the item for you. However, there's a limited number of times they'll do this for you, so exhaust other options first.

That said, I had kind of been under the impression that dropping the ring counted as annulment... are you actually being blocked from remarrying?

I really remember to throw it away, and I have tried to find it again by /isearch but there is nothing...

I have tried to contact support as well, but the message was clearly not helping me... And they did not restore the ring as well. So I wen to East Shroud for remark another Bonding and there is a message saying: "If you wish to form an eternal bond with a new partner, you must first have your existing bond annulled by relinquishing your eternity ring to the Sanctum acolyte.". But I can not annul since I do not have the ring with me.
