When Stormblood hits, are you leaving Tank/Healer roles to become a DPS?

This poll is for tank/healer players in order to gauge if there will be a influx of players leaving support roles for dps due to job popularity.

I am, but only because I have been tanking for close to 6 years in XIV, and I have been waiting for Samurai for about that same amount of time :P It didn't matter what role they made it, I would have played it.

If I changed anything, it's that bard wouldn't be the main DPS class I prefer to play, otherwise I'll almost always be Pld/Sch

I might level up SAM to replace DRG as my melee job, but PLD will remain my main.

My friend will be leaving SCH for RDM, because she's been a RDM main since FFXI. My other friend is probably going to switch from MNK to a healer to make up the difference.

I've always been primarily a healer, but I've gotten bored with it. Leveled up PLD in the meantime, but depending on how I enjoy RDM and SAM I might switch to one of them.

I personally think It WILL happen. Our statics SCH is going to be switching to SAM. I'm positive there will be less tanks and healers this expansion mark my words. Yes the Que times are going to bad. There's not a whole lot we can do about it other than try and level with fates and POTD near the release. I doubt SE cares at all about how long Que times are for DPS and figure short Que times are a hidden perk for healers and tanks.

To actually answer the question, right now I avoid DPS jobs like the plague. I hate all of them. I'm hoping I'll enjoy playing SAM because I've been psyched for that job since I first heard they were going to add it. Even then I'm staying a healer main.

AST main, for better or for worse. Will be nice to do new expac content right when it drops, instead of grinding FATEs in N.Thanalan.

EDIT: no offense, but polls are hardly indicative of the actual impact these jobs will have. Everyone and their dog planned on playing DRK and AST as their "new main" when HW came out, and nowhere near that amount of players remain.

After what happened in 3.0 with DRK, MCh and AST being pretty under-powered upon release, I'll wait.

I'll stick with being a SMN since it'll level up SCH simultaneously.
