    I did it fine but its balmung and it seems some people cant get the NPC to load for the quest just wait a day or so

    XD I stand corrected (I was looking at the GMT version of the poster, which says it starts at eight, and did not notice it was GMT and not PST, oops. I blame the wine).

    Did you try pressing the num pad 0 or holding X to make sure you weren't just missing them in the flood?
