    Quite spoilerish but... I think we haven't seen his final form yet.

    In 3.55b we'll get Diadem, and we know what kind of special weather Diadem had sometimes.

    My thoughts exactly. Also with the wording of Slip...something I'm led to believe we haven't seen the last of Proto-Ultima yet. Maybe he'll tie in with the FATE in Azyz Lla at one point, like Coeurlregina does.
