Ultima Weapon was made to fight primals, and it annihilates Ifrit/Garuda/Titan, while Diabolos is way tougher than Proto. Even Deathgaze is tougher than Proto....it's comparable to a SUCCUBUS!!! it's ridiculous.
Since it gives you weekly 270 accessories, it needs to be comparable to the other bosses - not to mention EVERY RAID MEMBER gets a token.

Ultima is Weak? it one shot Ifirit/Garuda/Titan, in the MSQ...and casts the spell Ultima. if it had absorbed some more primals, it could have defeated Bahamut...

yes, and now at our current strength he is completely killable solo.


and the one we face in DS is a 5000 year old neglected prototype that is likely more broken than the last tv you threw out and half the size of the final version. not to mention it doesn't have access to a Heart of Sabick level artifact.

Did it today and it's really fun. The fact that our aliance got completely slaughtered on the first try made me like it even more. (we returned the favor on the second try though)

Im kinda relieved its not a 24 man extreme fight. The 24 man content we have is already wipefest hellholes, because people still wipe at fights like Ozma, Forgal and Diabolos, and they are not even challenging in any way, its all just faceroll content. Just imagine trying to do extreme level mechanics in a 24 man party.... I wonder why people suck so much at 24 man content, maybe they just assume its fine to afk in there, seriously, i dont understand.

I still don't get what it's doing in Dun Scaith but....meh, it's not that bad.
The issue comes from the fact it was teased as a super thing, a trial of it's own, not a trash mob hence the disapointment

Yes it is. I like the fight, even if it is an easy difficulty boss. Cannot be a trial because then, people will do it 1 time and forget for the rest of the week, difficulting the queues a lot. Put in the Dun Scaith is a good idea, as Dun Scaith is run all the week. Also, this boss doesn't suppose to exist, and wasn't planned for the game. So it is better they put in dun Scaith rather than just not put him. Also, it is a Prototype, like the name suggest. Is not as powerful as Ultima (And even Ultima is weak). Even makes sense lorewise. I won't do a drama for this.

but really I got what I expected the fan fest fight in game and really didn't expect to be its own trial due to this interview.
