Physical Appearance of Characters

I would like to see a greater range in body types as option when creating your character's physical form. Right now, the characters' appearances are too generic. There are already plenty of options for height, from Lalas to Roegadyn and Elezen. And there are options ranging from the diminutive, Au Rau, to the extremely solid, Roegadyn. But, for females especially, there is very little choice in body type within the race. I would like to see the option to make their hips wider, butts larger, tummy rounder, bust larger, etc. on all the races. If you want your character to be short, like a Midlander, Miqote or Au Rau, you cannot have a large bust, butt or wide hips. Was already asked. They said they might look into it, but no promises. Yoshida even asked if people would be okay with the amount of stretching with textures on characters if they did this.

As much as I'd like varying body shapes, I'd also rather not have horrible armor textures.

They said maybe to the butt slider since apparently a lot of people wanted it. Clearly Yoshi P found it an odd choice for a highly requested customisation feature.

As to the rest I think its highly unlikely. The way he was saying it suggested we aren't likely to see any additional customisation options soon, at least in part because they are worried that due the way the data transfers that as they add more options it might start to effect game performance. That might just be a engine limitation and if that is the case they might not be able to do much about it without a substancial amount of time and money. Honestly considering many people really like the look of the game I think any such change would be a rather low priority.

+ female have more glamour options than male #justsaying .
