Mid-core a12s farm group lfm

We are currently on the hunt for 1 dps for weekly a9s-a12s farm, preferably drg or mnk, will consider exceptional blm or brd as well.

Raid times: We run 18:00-21:00 EST Friday and Saturday and 17:00~19:30ish on Sundays. We typically do older content for birbs or achievements after we get our weekly kills out of the way.
Expectations: Solid understanding of your job and mechanics. Reliability is a must. Voice is done through discord and all raid communication and planning is done in the chat channel. Be able to adapt, we know we do some things a little different than other groups, but it works and we're not going to ask our 7 members to change up what they're doing to accommodate 1 person.

This is a permanent spot, we're looking for someone who will stick with it for 4.0 and beyond.
