    Ultima weekly lock?!

    Welcome.

I'm Truly disappointed on this patch, why Proto Ultima have weekly lock?!
Where is Final Alexander weekly unlock?

In 3.3.2017 we have Nintendo Switch, on 4.4.2017 we have Persona 5. I have play every day in FFXIV and now when all content we have finished, me and my friends already do off classes to make all on lvl 60, make new character and we have hope to gear them up before all people will go to play zelda, torment, persona and other games, we have patch with weekly locks.... Tell me why.

Also where is nefr 9 atherflow for scholars?

    1. Ultima is weekly lock because the other means of getting 270 gear are behind weekly lockout/rewards.

    2. This isn't the last patch of 3.x, hence Alex is still on a lockout. That will be removed in 3.56, the patch where we'll get the second part of the MSQ.

Generally Yoshida shot his leg with this, half our FC make last step relic in 30 min and log out and will back in 4.0 because even romance with loli mikote can be started in 2 days...

They did say this relic step would be very short.

I'm also somewhat disappointed that Yoshi didn't implement this as a standalone trial... But I can understand where concern over making it a trial would spring from. 24-man content has always been a problem, particularly in getting people to queue for it after it's made obsolete. Tacking it on to Dun Scaith allowed them to implement it more easily than making a standalone trial, and it also allows people to go through and obtain accessories of their choice while they're already making runs for the weekly drops from the raid proper.

Do I like it? Not really, I was looking forward to a boss fight. Can I understand what line of thought went into this decision? Sort of.
