Really happy to have completed the event! Even though the trousers aren't so great, I absolutely love the male version of the gloves (and of course, the coat/hat). I wish I could join in all of the dance parties currently taking place on my server but I have to work.

The poster actually exceeded my expectations by a good margin..

The cherry pile isn't very HQ but I suppose it blends in with the grass in LB well enough..

The outfit is fantastic but I kind of don't like the tails on the female version so much.. They kind of puff out and they ruin my Cameo plans after seeing the original picture.. Oh well.. Still great.

Always a sucker for event people remembering you if you did the ones before. New dance is also fun to use, between this and Moonlift I'm feelin pretty good!

The quest is bugged for me atm, will try in a day or 2 when ppl clear out and see if that helps

Have seen the outfit on many..it is..... meh, should be able to salvage a couple pieces to use seperately!! (The hat is horrible..on everyone, good for a chuckle) lol.

Another event like the previous ones. Completely unappealing to me in content and rewards. Some people love it. I can't understand why, but then my understanding is not required. At least it's not all behind a pay wall.

Don't get me wrong, I can easily understand why "cute" things wouldn't appeal to some people, but out of curiosity, what type of event would appeal to you? As for those of us that do, I guess it's simply that this game has a strong emphasis on the smaller details like character interaction and aesthetics so it lures a lot of our kind in. After all, I don't play FFXIV because I find the gameplay to be extremely exciting and engaging - I don't even raid. I'm here for the smaller things like creating lots of characters, different charismas for each of them with various glamours, taking and editing screenshots and for the story itself since I enjoy it personally.

In the case of this event, the emote doesn't really suit any of my characters, especially not the males since it's overly effeminate even for my most androgynous one. But even still, it was a bit of fun for the day and my friend took a bunch of screens for the occasion so I had a good time. Also the set is really nice in my opinion. I feel like there are plenty of creative things that can be done with the different pieces which is not usually something I can say for event gear so I'm pretty happy with that.

Ahhhh, me too! I always look out for NPCs remembering me and this year was especially good for that. Sometimes it feels like it's just brushed under the rug with a single comment but this time they all had something to say so it felt more natural. I loved it ~
