    I already answered you. Because people get these gear and the skill level of the players on average is not reflective of the effort.

    If my friend can consistently outparse like 60% of these top raid geared people in her 260-263 gear, then I do not see why it has to be locked for people unable to find groups for them. Also I am getting sick of the arrogant ones, top geared healers esp, trying to brag about their dps and put everyone down. I am also sick of carrying top geared healers in Dun Scaith who think it is not their job to heal someone when the person makes a mistake in mechanic.

    I want to know how people "work" for that kind of gear without perfecting their rotations.
