The part about people using an official parser to reverse engineer or datamine how damage formulas work is actually a legit concern for SE and is probably one of the reasons they have been reluctant to add one at all.

Nothing is gonna be exploited just because people know how a damage formula works, people have been figuring out that stuff for years now to determine stat weights.

He was clear about what's his fear regarding parsers in the fan fest, you should watch it.

You guys are overreacting look at any list of top grossing mmos and this game will not be on it , like having a sub base actually turns players off and not everyone likes ff genre. But those of us whom do shouldnt be complaining when this game wants to make an extra buck , it supports the game this game isnt drowning in money so every little bit helps stop complaining if you dont want the items dont buy them.

Can you post that list? I'm certain this game is a top 5 game
