You don't "have" to play the game at all.

However, you do have to pay to play the game. Just as you have to pay extra to get cash shop exclusives. This is not a free to play game.

Blurring the line more and more is a great idea for SE if it brings in more profit, but consumers have no real reason at all to continue to encourage it as it devalues our subscriptions.

No you don't have to play the game, but I know what I'm buying when I spend my money.

I don't pay my sub and then complain afterwards I've paid it.
