The way to actually communicate this to SE is to not buy their products. Players that complain but also buy are effectively nullifying their complaint. As long as they can get people to say, "I don't like it, but I'm still going to buy it," all they hear is "I'm going to buy it." They've got no reason to stop the behavior at this point.

While I agree, still many players I wager will buy it and make the item a success. I admit I want it but unless I see a price drop, I highly doubt I'll pick it up. A couple bucks is fine but literally half of a months service for an emote, nada.

And ultimately, if the people who are buying it make them enough money to get ahead of those who make good on the threats to stop playing the game altogether, they made the right choice by putting it in the Mogstation. People get what they want, SE gets more money.

I will never ask for something to be added to the Mogstation FIRST, but I don't mind the Mogstation itself. In fact until that Umbrella mount comes out I can say I have never bought anything from it. Once that comes out THEN I will be part of the problem as far as some are concerned.

Thing is, what are you communicating though? Nothing at all. People are still tripping over each other to buy it, and that's what's getting communicated, not the odd person or two over in the corner who are 'speaking with their wallet.' That's the thing that's frustrating.

Part of the problem that this won't work is because of the pricing on the items.

The cash shop is so overpriced that even if a very small number of people buy things, it'll be profitable enough to continue to encourage SE to expand the cash shop and its exclusives.

SE is intentionally appealing to "whales" (i.e. a small number of people who spend enough money to be comparable to a lot of people spending a small amount of money) with their pricing. If other people buy, that's just a bonus as they will already get their justified profit. But with the high prices and low development costs of the cash shop, it doesn't take many people to buy to make it worth continuing to expand it.

It's unfortunately a part of modern gaming culture now. Unless the "luxury culture" diminishes in gaming and "whales" start valuing their money more, we'll see this trend continue and get worse.

They have a Point tho, a lot of Stuff is getting implemented on the Mog Station and a Emote for 7$ is well quite insane one could say.

First Retainers that you have to pay Monthly for even if you just want more Slots for stuff to sell nor Inventory and ya, they suddenly create new Stuff and instant put it on the Mog Station.

If this is coming from the upstairs then the Dev's like Yoshi P. cannot do much about it. How many countless posts have there been concerning the Mogstation and it's unfairness to sub accounts? Alot and none of it has changed the minds of the Devs or given even an inch.

You know that england is no longer in the Europe nation (is about to)
With that statement the Valuta dropped hard and is even close to the Euro's currencies now.
so why is England paying £ 7,69 and EU € 10,99
That aint right at all we EU people: Germany, Netherlands, etc... Paying more for this games fee then England that aint fair at all. it is up almost 2 euro's a month more.
