And Balmung must be rejoicing.

And Balmung must be rejoicing.
hmmm backflip is already in the game it's monks battle stance. Even if it is slightly different it wouldn't of been much of a change./Backflip is likely there because they expect a fairly good return on investment considering how much work it required to develop.

Dragoons already get a backflip with /vpose too
wish I could choose which playdead emote I used, I mean it's the exact same animation as /doze for female lalafells so I don't really see the point in getting it

As a role player I was ecstatic when I saw this Emote during fanfest. I was not pleased at all when it popped up in the freaking cash shop.....I still bought it though which is a large part of the problem. I'm sure a lot of other RPers will react the same way and yet also cash in. I am well aware of the Cash Shop argument, that no one FORCES us to pay for things but the fact that something they knew a large part of the community wanted and putting behind a pay wall, (a fairly hefty one for a single emote I might add) just seems.... not quite right.

"We don't want a /sleep because we're worried people will do naughty things with it"
... Alright SE..
You guys remember you've got a monthly subscription and paid expansions right?
~sigh~

And here I'd thought /playdead would have been obtainable in game. Silly me![]()

I can't even fathom how they could justify charging for this..
Like.
All of the frames are in the game already...
They did maybe 20 minutes of work..
~sigh~
The one emote I've been aching for so I can /suicide and finally embrace the sweet death Hydaelyn denies me is behind a fiery wall of cash, nah.
I honestly (man I use this game a lot in comparisons) like Aion's system of bonus emotes just being incredibly expensive and out of the casual player's general in game budget. So it'd be like going to a vendor and paying 1.3m for an emote. Pricey, yes. But so is Jet Black Dye which honestly would get the same amount of usage for its in game worth.
