Depends on the situation. Swiftcast+Adlo if they need VIT to survive a mechanic while on the move (weakness), Lustrate for dire HP right now (Someone's Blood for Blood still up during almost Holy spam in A12S), or just force embrace if you have several GCDs until a mechanic. Plus getting that crit Embrace is like yay I don't need to Lustrate, gimme that energy drain.

As with other instant abilities, adlo's recast time would be greatly increased, and/or like Miasma 2 and Ruin 2, would share the gcd with your other abilities.

One thing for sure though is how awesome it would be to cast Adlo on the move without needing to use swiftcast.

yes would make it really op with lustrate and indom There not much like that with ast except light speed, but there is a very long cd on that.

Aspected Benefic's instant cast nature is the only reason why it's so much weaker than Adlo in every way.

Are you serious? Nocturnal shields are better on average. Only a crit makes SCH shields better.
