this is a really old thing, so you really dont need to point that problem.
everyone has seen this 100x times ingame and SE know about this problem and this video arnt help anyone, the only thing would really help when you would use the ingame report and fill up the information SE really need and even as a PS player you can use the ingame support.

this what you are doing here is just harassment and blame other players, SE cant do anything with this video its not provide any kind of information of they need to do something against, you arnt a help to SE with this.
