I know not what software they use, nor do I care to know. All I know is RMT Bot Advertisers and Gold Farmers are using this to their own means and it is technically cheating in the case of the farmers. I don't know if this will be helpful or if it even belongs in General Discussion, my intention is merely to bring it to Square Enix's attention in the event it may be of some use to them to stop this nonsense.
