I feel the reason the fatigue system came across so poorly was because it hindered players who played a lot opposed to helping them. (Basically killing players who play hardcore)

This system would do the same in the forum of gil sink. The reason why WoWs 'rested' type system works is because it gives players a bonus for not playing. Never hindering the current players who play a lot.

^- I would agree to this if and only if it was given to those players who either 'rested' their character in whatever matter of means players would do this by.

Because why would I pay for a game that I have exhausted my character and no longer do 0 dmg to an enemy? Even if the stamina gain is fast. Lol screw that. Paying customers should be given bonuses for becoming rested, but never held back just simply because they "play or do" something too much.
