Ezio Costume in FFXIII-2, why not also add this into FFXIV too?

It has been announced that FFXIII-2 will have DLC for this Ezio Costume. In my opinion, instead of one-time use in FF13, it would be better to add this into FFXIV content so we have some more goal to get this set of gears. It could fit either come as achievement prize, NM drop-craft, or raid content.

Why is SE putting this costume in at all? It's from an Ubisoft IP. It has zero tie ins with the Final Fantasy IP. They have so much Final Fantasy content to choose from for DLC, and they decide to go with Assassin's Creed by Ubisoft? They're not even in the same genre.
