    Catching up in gear

    Hello All,

Shortly after Heavensward released I took 1.5-2 years off of the game. When I quit, I was i195. Now that I've come back, I'm chugging along through my anima questline and the Main Story Questline. However, in order to do daily dungeon roulette so that i can acquire tomestones, I need to be i210.

Right now I'm farming centurio seals to get AF pieces so that i can get to i200. After hitting i200 i can run Alexander T5-9 to boost me to i210. Are there any other more efficient ways at catching up in gear since the average item level nowadays are between 260-270?

Dont forget to use your lore tomes on 230 gear in Idyllshire while you grind for weekly scripture tomes to help boost your ilvl, but you will also need lore tomes for anima questline as well.

24 mans for left side like Void Ark, weapons wherever you can manage, you can purchase a i250 weapon off the marketboard. Right side you can buy from MB or use centurios

You can get a set of 235 PVP gear pretty quickly with Wolf Marks. It's not ideal to do PVE content with PVP gear but it'll get you the ilvl you need to do content to replace those pieces pretty rapidly.

Do Palace of the Dead and get your Aether Weapon and Aether Armor up to 30/30 and you can trade in for a 235 weapon as well. With an average 235, you should be able to get into everything you need to make the jump into the 250s/260s. You can then farm the Aether Weapon/Armor up again to 60/60 and net yourself a 255 weapon. Also this doesn't have to be done on the job that you're getting the weapon for so if you have other classes you want to level, this would be an ideal time. Alternatively, if you go in as a level 60 class you'll also get tomestones. There are no restrictions on Palace of the Dead... i'm leveling my level 56 Summoner through it as ilvl 23 in mostly glamour gear cause I traded away most of my other gear for it at some point or another when I really needed GC seals.

The only other option would be buying crafted gear but that can get pricey depending on your server.

I would not bank on A5-A9 to gear up as there's very little reason for people to do those floors now and the queues would be horrendous.

Do you like PVP? You can fill out a few slots with the new GARO PVP gear and it's pretty cheap in between gathering your seals and tomestones.

If you supplement it with accuracy accessories, certainly
