Hey i have been away from the game a while and me and few friends are thinking about returning and playing again,

My problem is the data centre that we use says poor in the EU (we live in the UK) and the NA data centre says good.

Why is this because i thought they moved the EU one to a european data centre?

We do have some NA friends which we could play with but i wondered why i am getting a better ping on a NA server(checked by making a alt on balmung) when i am on the EU server living in the UK .......
