    Launcher black screen

    Hello everyone.

    I'm posting about this issue that suddenly prevents me from doing anything with the launcher. It's just a completely black screen of nothing, and nothing ever loads in it no matter how much time I leave it open.

    I searched the Internet through and through and found out that numerous other people have had this problem in the past but without any real solution provided to them.

    Of course, I tried everything I could: changed my Internet Explorer settings, reset them, updated everything, unistalled the game and reinstalled it, tried using a VPN, heck I even formatted the whole PC and started from square one to no avail.

    I've been running on Windows 10 since last year and never had any issue with XIV (or any other game to be honest, and everything else works just fine anyway).

    I really have no idea of what to do anymore. I tried everything I could, really.

    Any suggestion or solution to this? I'm pretty sure SE never investigated this in the past, all of the threads I found on the OF are just dropped as "resolved".

    I honestly have no idea what's going on.

    Update: looks like my ISP is drunk. Found out I can't access Microsoft's account websites too of all things, which prevents me from registering my copy of Win10. I tried reaching the site through my phone connection and it works just fine. I'm now trying to contact them to see if they can solve the issue.
