No, because it comes down to doing your job, and to be able to do it without hurting yourself. For example, a Healer should NOT be dps'ing if he can't handle the multitask.

I have to dispute this. Asking a DPS, especially a BLM, to hold/adjust DPS is ridiculous. You're asking him to stop doing his job. I feel like if a BLM isn't pulling for the tank, but just sitting back and killing stuff, then it comes down to the tank's crowd control, which is HIS job, not the BLM's.
