Absolutely the tank's fault. Just blind badness basically. Both of them.

I agree that you shouldn't need to have Quelling Strikes unless the tank has weak gear. I tank all the time and I never lose aggro no matter how strong the people are. Tanking is easy. If the tank is losing aggro they aren't tanking right.

Well yeah, I said if the tank is weak you should use QS. But I'm not a weak tank. So I don't lose aggro. Even if they are full i270
