    join party in progress not working

    so my fc's tank left and htey were without a tank for a good 10 mins. being the good fc member i am I decided to help out when i queued for an inprogress it tried to stick me in a new duty. So i withdrew and tried again, and again new duty then i tried one more time to see a n new duty and got locked out for withdrawing to much

    why can't I join an in progress party to help my friends out SE

    If the new group had someone in queue for over 10 minutes (longer than the in-progress search), they would have priority. Right?
